It's a chocolate Walnut!!!

It looks like chocolate moist cake but it's not. It's chocolate walnut cake commisioned by Kak Siti... the design is called HATCHING. The hatching design is freehandly crafted, given the idea by my hubby ;). Hatching is famous in architecture terms, leaving an unstructured weaving effect.

This "S" size (1.5" diameter) cuppies was ordered by a frined of mine untuk anak dia bawa pegi sekolah... "Children's Day" katanya but i think maybe utk makan-makan kat sekolah before exam/semester holiday.

Carrot cake with a different icing this time... It's creamcheese icing, as I'm afraid not everyone can accept meringue (egg whites with icing sugar) well... But carrot cake taste gooooooood with creamcheese, dont you think so? ;) Thanks to Kak Siti for ordering this wonderful cake...

P/s... and not many of us love carrot cake ;)

The design is a bit towards the softer side - pink + light blue - but someone did say to me "bila usia dah meningkat, hati semakin halus". Guess i'll have to figure it out by myself sooner or later, or if He permits ;)

10.10.10 wedding cake

Am so honoured to make this wedding cake as the wedding date falls on 10.10.10 ;)

The theme is white & purple, this 3-tiered cake was made from chocholate moist (the bottom and top cake) and butter cake layered with apricot jam (the middle cake).

Made it for my office function...

It is covered not from creamcheese as per usual, but with meringue and maple syrup... the smell of the maple syrup is MARVELOUS!!!
